One World’s partnership with the NATLASS Group has enabled the cooperative to address the current Rapid building trends being practiced and performed throughout the Industry on a global scale. It has been said; “Time is Money”, and at no time in the history of the construction industry, is this more true. With the ever-increasing improvement of technologies in steel, concrete, health & safety and the continued introduction of advanced building methods, it has reduced the need for extended build times and long calendar project projections by a factor of no less than 20% of total project costs. The days of drawn-out Period of Performance timelines are now whispers of the past.

NATLASS and its core technology, the K-Span Building Systems are also constructors of Pre-Engineered building systems, supplementing the core K-Span building systems. These technologies allow for ADHOC or Just in Time results, the building times are adjusted depending on the conditions and demand of the end-user. As an example building right after a natural disaster or not, using rapid design and building technologies keeps the performance days to the minimum allowing the end-user to take custody of the property build and enjoy savings at the same time.
